Under his leadership, the agency has built long-standing relationships with some of the world's leading brands like DISNEY, BOUCHERON, PSG, BFM TV, UNIVERSAL, YAHOO, PUBLICIS GROUPE, HAVAS, WPP, IPG.
Penelope
CO-FOUNDER / PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Penelope Caillet has always worked in the luxury industry. For years she worked as a Producer for Art Partner, the top photographer agency in France and has collaborated with world famous photographers creating some of the most memorable campaigns for brands like CHANEL, LE BON MARCHÉ, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, etc
Penelope also has extensive experience as a Production Manager and Principal Fee Negotiator, specifically working closely with Petronio Associates. This blend makes Penelope a perfect fit for Prod Factory where she is Head of Production.

PARTNER / ART DIRECTOR
Laurent serves as the Art Director at Prod Factory, where he’s charged with growing and overseeing the creative output of the agency’s work across all clients and projects. His main responsibility is to make sure the solutions provided by the agency exceed our clients’ expectations.
